Growing up, my parents were faced with a barrage of ideas coming from their son with an active imagination and a penchant for entrepreneurship. Whether I was starting a lawn mowing cartel or an underground school newspaper, my parents were always supportive - with one caveat. Finish what you start.
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE NOW, JASON?
This idea of defining what success looks like and not stopping until it’s reached has served me well. Most recently, I published a book on my communication philosophy - checking off a goal 20 years in the making. In the end, my philosophy came down to four simple words: LESS SAID MORE DONE.
MAKERS FOCUS ON DONE.
As an entrepreneur for 30 years, I learned that if I was going to set a goal or strive to achieve something - the more I talked about it, the less progress I made. When I simply put my head down and went to work, I was amazed what I could achieve. And I’m certainly not the only one.
WHAT WE DO IS WHO WE ARE.
To celebrate the power of all of us working to achieve our goals - and reaching them - I created this line of LESS SAID MORE DONE gear. I hope it can serve as a reminder to ourselves when times get tough and inspiration for others. A mantra we can wear with pride.
Enough said. We all have things to get DONE.
